These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to all offers, quotations, orders, commissions, sales, digital products, and agreements made through virginiya.nl.
By using this website, placing an order, requesting a commission, purchasing a product, or entering into an agreement, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, orders, commissions, digital products, sales, and services provided by or through virginiya.nl, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any deviations from these Terms & Conditions shall only be valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3. Products and Services
Virginiya Savova offers, among other things:
- Original paintings
- Fine art prints
- Printable wall art / digital downloads
- Commissioned / custom-made artwork
- Other artistic products or creative services where applicable
All artworks are created and presented with care. Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, paper, finish, or detail may occur and are considered part of the unique and artistic nature of the work.
4. Offers and Agreements
An agreement is concluded when an order has been placed and confirmed, or a quotation has been accepted in writing and payment/deposit has been received. Virginiya Savova reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices stated on virginiya.nl are in euros (EUR). Virginiya Savova reserves the right to request full payment in advance or a deposit, particularly for commissioned or custom-made work. Orders, production, or shipment may be delayed until payment has been received in full.
6. Original Paintings
Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Small imperfections, texture variations, and brushstroke details are considered part of the handmade artistic nature of the work and not defects.
7. Fine Art Prints
Slight differences in color, paper texture, or print sharpness may occur depending on the screen or production method. Such differences are not considered defects.
8. Printable Wall Art / Digital Downloads
Important: Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-refundable. Digital files cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered or accessed. The customer is responsible for ensure they have the necessary capability to use the purchased file.
9. Commissioned / Custom Artwork
For commissioned work, the deposit remains non-refundable. Custom-made or personalized artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of proven damage attributable to the artist.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Virginiya Savova ships primarily within the Netherlands and selected countries in Europe. Shipping times are estimates only. The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer at the moment of delivery.
11. Damaged Deliveries
If a physical product arrives damaged, the customer must notify Virginiya Savova within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
12. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Custom-made items, personalized products, and digital downloads are excluded from returns. For other physical items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
13. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The purchase of an artwork or digital file does not transfer copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
14. Portfolio Use
Virginiya Savova reserves the right to use images of completed artworks (including commissions) for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. Colors may vary between phone screens and physical artwork; this is normal and not a defect.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
